Material&Technique:
Our rhinestones are made of High-quality glass + vacuum plating, which will not scratch nor dull out, which is much better than normal glass and any acrylic.

Feature:
There are 2 holes on each end of the flatback gems, you can sew them on or glue them to fulfill your decorations(glue is not included).

    Orders over $150.00 ship for FREE, USPS First Class Mail, 7-10 days.

     

    COLOR CHART(s) cannot be used towards the FREE SHIPPING minimum.

     

    Back-order items or special order items - if shipped separately from initial order will be subject to shipping charge.

     

    Expedited shipping options:

     

    We do not guarantee any expedited shipping options and will not refund carrier-related charges for any delays.

     

    We offer USPS/UPS as our expedited service and paid service.

     

    You can choose Ground, 2day and Overnight service. This is available only for the United States.

     

    Saturday Delivery is available to most location as a Special Service

     

    Our shipping department operates during our working business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We do NOT ship on weekends.

     

  • RETURN POLICY

    We charge a restocking fee of 15% for exchanges and returns.

     

    Any discrepancies or questions regarding your order must be reported within 7 days.

     

    We strongly advise purchasing a color chart before purchasing Rhinestones. All Colors are shown in actual 20SS rhinestones on an 8 1/2 X 11" booklet version. They are laminated and set on a durable plastic sheet so you can lay them over your project.

     

    Returns cannot be processed on merchandise purchased after 60 days. Must be NEW and in saleable condition and in its original packaging. Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer and will be refunded after we receive them, minus the restocking fee.

     

    While we may suggest colors to you upon request, we will not be responsible if these colors do not match. We cannot match sizes or colors from E-mailed photos. You are responsible for the color, size, and quantity decision.

     

    Please know exactly what you want when ordering. WE DO NOT SEND SAMPLES; however you can always order a gross to make sure it is the color you are wanting.

    We strive to offer our customers the lowest prices possible and therefore must implement this policy beginning February 13th, 2023.

     

    Note:

    Before returning any item(s), please communicate with our customer service about your return requirements, and we will try our best to help you find a better solution than return and exchange.

    Items that are being returned should be new, and unworn. Returned items must be received its original condition and weight.

    Please contact one of our customer service representatives to request a return authorization and the return instructions.

     

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Once your order has been submitted and paid, it will ship out within 1-3 days.

     

    We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund.

     

    We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
