Return & Exchange Policy

 

Restocking fee of 25% for exchanges or returns (Due to our very low prices, we must implement this policy)

Please check upon receipt and any discrepancies or questions must be reported within 7 days. 

We strongly advise purchasing A Rhinestone Sample card before purchasing Rhinestones. All  Colors are shown in actual Rhinestones on an 8 1/2 X 11" booklet version. They are laminated and set on a durable plastic sheet so you can lay them over your project.

Returns cannot be processed on merchandise purchased after 60 days. Must be NEW and in saleable condition and in its original packaging.  Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer and will be refunded after we receive them, minus the restocking fee.  

While we may suggest colors to you upon request, we will not be responsible if these colors do not match. We cannot match sizes or colors from E-mailed photos. You are responsible for the color, size, and quantity decision.

Please know exactly what you want when ordering. WE DO NOT SEND SAMPLES, however you can always order a gross to make sure it is the color you are wanting.

We strive to offer our customers the lowest prices possible and therefore must implement this policy beginning February 13th, 2023.

Note:
Before you return the item(s), please communicate with our customer service about your return requirements, and we will try our best to help you find a better solution than return and exchange.

Items that are being returned should be new, and unworn. They should be kept in its original condition in which you received them in.
Please contact one of our customer service representatives to request a return authorization and the return instructions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order has been submitted we will ship your order out in 1-3 days.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund.
We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Royal Rhinestone reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
